☛ Wanna Be Able To Bounce A Quarter Off Your Booty in 30-Days?

It is important to keep our bodies energized and moving. It is built and designed for work, that's why we have all these muscles and joints. Regular physical exercise keeps our physique erect and strong, as well as contributes to healthy and well functioning organs.

In addition to physical exercise, our diet should also consist of well balanced nourishing meals. Well-balanced means that it should have the recommended daily allowance of foods from all the food groups, since no single food supplies all the nutrients needed for the body on a daily basis.

Food Groups:
Meat, Fish, and Beans

The combination of a well balanced diet and regular physical exercise also contributes to healthy hair, skin and nails, which we all strive for, well most of us do. For me, being healthy is imperative and it is the reason why I ensure that I get regular exercise and eat healthy. I am what is called a pescatarian - a vegetarian who eats fish.

I would like to introduce you to this channel on You Tube called BeFit that has 10 minute work out exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home, or any where for that matter! You can work out at your own pace, and on your own time. As long as you can log into You Tube from a device, you can workout!
